Bafana Bafana coach Molefi Ntseki is bracing himself for a tough match when the South African senior national team clash against Sudan in an Africa Cup of Nations qualifier at the Al Hilal Stadium, Omduram in Khartoum on Sunday afternoon.
This is a very important qualifier for Bafana as a loss won’t be acceptable to their hard-to-please followers.
“We are looking forward to a very tough match. This is the last match of the qualifiers. Every country, every player and every coach would like to win this match. We will do the business. We are here to respect our country. We are fully aware of the challenges. We are here to qualify,” Ntseki said.
Bafana go to this match on the back of a 1-1 draw with Ghana’s Black Stars in Johannesburg on Thursday evening.
And Bafana captain Thulani ‘Tyson’ Hlatshwayo is determined to do the job to make sure they qualify for Cameroon.
“We as players are the ones who are going to do the job on the field. Our mandate is to qualify for the AFCON,” Hlatshwayo said.
