Banyana Banyana registered a second win in less than a week beating Botswana 2-0 in an international friendly match at the Wits University Stadium in Johannesburg on Tuesday afternoon.
Second half goals by Thembi Kgatlana and Gabriela Salgado scored in the 52nd and 57th minute respectively gave Banyana Banyana the win.
This was Banyana Banyana’s second win in as many days after they beat Zambia 3-1 on Saturday.
Banyana Banyana used the friendly matches to prepare for the 2022 CAF African Women’s Cup of Nations qualifiers later this year.
