The Premier Soccer League (PSL) executive committee has approved the sale of Bloemfontein Celtic.
Phunya Sele Sele owner Max Tshabalala has sold Celtic to Shauwn Mkhize, who sold her team Royal AM to Masala Mulaudzi on Friday.
The sale of the Mangaung side follows years of financial distress, which at times resulted in players and coaches not getting their salaries on time.
