Tewo Boxing Promotions boss Happy Tewo has plans to take his new recruit Asemahle Vellem’s career forward.
Vellem signed a two-year promotional contract with Tewo Boxing Promotions after having made his professional debut at the outfit’s tournament held in East London in July.
“We have signed Asemahle Vellem. I’m aiming to give him between four and five fights a year,” Tewo said.
Vellem, who is managed by Velile Damoyi, is going to get his second professional fight when Tewo Boxing Promotions stages a tournament in East London next month.
“We are going to have a tournament in East London next month and Asemahle is going to fight there,” Tewo said.
Meanwhile, Tewo has revealed that he’s trying to get former International Boxing Organisation (IBO) featherweight champion Lusanda ‘Sdubulangaye’ Komanisi a fight in Russia.
