Hard-hitting Hedda Wolmarans faces Chiedza Homakoma from Zimbabwe at the Booysens Boxing Gym on Sunday, 24 October.

The two lasses clash in a World Boxing Organisation (WBO) International female junior-welterweight title contest.

“It’s official, the fight between Hedda Wolmarans and Chiedza Homakoma will be for the WBO International title. This will be the first time a women’s WBO International title fight is held in South Africa. The winner will be well placed in the ratings,” Uppercut Promotions boss Cyril Lehong said.
