Mamelodi Sundowns have marched to the group stages of the CAF Champions League.
The Brazilians advanced to the group stages following a 2-0 win over AS Maniema Union in a preliminary round second leg match at Loftus Versfeld in Pretoria on Sunday.
Lyle Lakay and Peter Shalulile scored for the Tshwane giants in each half of the match. The Brazilians won 4-2 on aggregate having drawn 2-2 in the first leg.
This is the seventh successive season that the 2016 African champions have qualified for the group stages.
