Orlando Pirates returned to second place on the DStv Premiership standings after a 2-1 win over AmaZulu at the Orlando Stadium in Soweto on Thursday evening.
Usuthu took the lead through Luvuyo Memela following a pass from Thabo Qalinge in the fourth minute.
Kwame Peprah equalised for the Buccaneers in the 37th minute from a Deon Hotto pass. That was Peprah’s third goal in two matches after he scored twice against Marumo Gallants on Monday.
The 21-year-old Ghanaian completed his brace in the 48th minute when he beat Usuthu goalkeeper Neil Boshoff to make it four goals in two successive matches.
