Proteas batsman Janneman Malan has won the ICC Emerging Men’s Cricketer of the Year at the 2021 ICC Awards.
Nelspruit-born Malan, who boasts 715 runs in 17 international matches at an average of 47.66 and a strike rate of 101.85, has scored two centuries and three half-centuries in limited overs cricket.
The 25-year-old Malan is part of the Proteas team currently playing a third and final one day international against India at Newlands, Cape Town.
