Kaizer Chiefs finally managed to win a match as they beat Marumo Gallants 1-0 in a DStv Premiership encounter at the FNB Stadium in Nasrec, Johannesburg, on Tuesday evening.
Chiefs attacking midfielder Keagan Dolly’s attempt deflected on his teammate Khama Billiat before beating Gallants goalkeeper King Ndlovu in the 77th minute.
This was Amakhosi’s first win after losing four successive matches. There is no doubt that the win brought relief to Amakhosi co-coaches Arthur Zwane and Dillon Sheppard.
