A lone ranger in the South African light-heavyweight division Luvuyo Sizani is scheduled to meet Jackson Masamba from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) in a rematch on Sunday, 29 May.
Sizani will be defending his African Boxing Union (ABU) SADC light-heavyweight title against the Congolese at the Booysens Boxing Gym in Johannesburg.
The unbeaten Sizani from Ilinge, Komani, in the Eastern Cape, defeated Masamba in October 2019. Sizani last fought when he stopped Lebogang Moshitoa in Randfontein in March last year.
Meanwhile, former South African middleweight champion Walter Dlamini returns to action after almost three years.
Dlamini whose last fight was a loss to former SA middleweight champion Nkululeko Mhlongo in October 2019 faces Mbiya Nkanku from the DRC in a super-middleweight six rounds bout.
