Johannesburg-based boxing trainer Damien Durandt is confident that his boxer Brandon Thysse is going to stop Roarke Knapp when the two boxers clash next month.
Thysse is scheduled to fight against Knapp in a rematch at the Emperors Palace in Kempton Park on Saturday, 11 June.
“Brandon is training very hard preparing for his 11th June fight against Roarke Knapp. I expect Brandon to stop Roarke like he did the last time they met. I really don’t see Roarke going the distance,” Durandt said.
Thysse stopped Knapp in the seventh round when the two first met at the same venue in November 2019.
