After failing to archieve success for a number of seasons, Kaizer Chiefs have decided to get rid of some of the players and a member of their technical team.
Amakhosi have announced that they are not going to renew contracts of Kearyn Baccus, Lebogang Manyama, Leonardo Castro, Daniel Akpeyi, Samir Nurkovic, Daniel Cardoso and Lazarous Kambole while Akumu Ajay has been transfer-listed.
The departing players’ contracts were going to expire at the end of June.
Meanwhile, Chiefs have also announced that goalkeeper coach Lee Baxter is leaving the team after being with Amakhosi since 2018.
