Thulani ‘Evolution’ Mbenge is set to return to action when he clashes against Tanzanian Iddi Pialari on Thursday, 30 June. 

Mbenge, the current South African welterweight champion, fights Pialari in a 10-round bout at The Galleria in Sandton, Johannesburg. 

The 30-year-old Mbenge will be fighting for the first time since his third round stoppage win over Jabulani Makhense in June last year. 

Meanwhile, Emmany Kalombo from the Democratic Republic of Congo is going to face Kenyan Rayton Okwiri in a vacant IBF International junior-middleweight title fight. 

Kalombo will go to the fight on the back of 15 wins (15 stoppages) and a loss while Okwiri is unbeaten in eight fights having won seven times with six knockouts and a draw.
