Victor Letsoalo has opted to join Sekhukhune United from Royal AM despite reported interest from Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs.
Letsoalo has joined Babina Noko on a three-year contract with an option to renew for another year.
The 29-year-old Letsoalo, who once played for Bloemfontein Celtic, scored 15 goals for Thwihli Thwahla last season.
Meanwhile, Babina Noko have also signed Siphosakhe Ntiya-Ntiya, who was a free agent after Kaizer Chiefs released him last month.
