Less than a week after losing to Mamelodi Sundowns in an MTN8 encounter, SuperSport United striker Bradley Grobler gets yet another chance to face the Brazilians.
Matsatsantsa a Pitori are going to clash with the Brazilians in a DStv Premiership match at the Lucas Moripe Stadium in Atteridgeville on Friday evening (19h30).
“I think it doesn’t matter when you play Sundowns, it’s always tough. For us, we can’t make many changes. I think for them they could probably play one of three different teams,” Grobler remarked.
“It will be tough. If we are honest, Sundowns should walk all the tournaments with the quality they got. But it doesn’t mean we are not gonna fight. It’s a game you can’t switch off for a minute.”
The 34-year-old Grobler still believes that Matsatsantsa have done well so far this season even though they have only won once in five matches. They have one win, two draws and two losses.
“As a team, I think our performance has been pretty good. There were games we should have come away with points, but we didn’t. That’s footbalI,” Grobler said.
Meanwhile, Grobler scored his team’s winning goal when they registered their first victory of the season beating newcomers Richards Bay FC 1-0 last week.
