Sekhukhune United shocked a 10-man Orlando Pirates with a 2-0 win in a DStv Premiership encounter at the Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane on Tuesday evening.
There was no score at half-time after both sides missed a number of goal scoring opportunities. Things changed in the second half, especially after Pirates’ Thabiso Monyane was red carded for a second bookable in the 59th minute.
Babina Noko took the game to the Buccaneers and their efforts were rewarded with two late goals from Elias Mokwana and Vusumuzi Mncube to give their team their second win of the season.
