AmaZulu’s 1-0 home loss to DStv Premiership newcomers Richards Bay FC has cost their coach Brandon Truter his job.
Usuthu, who lost their fourth match of the season on Wednesday, sacked Truter on Thursday afternoon.
The Mitchell’s Plain-born Truter joined Usuthu after the Durban side fired Benni McCarthy towards the end of last season.
He won seven matches, drew seven and lost five times since joining AmaZulu, who are ninth on the Premiership standings with 11 points from nine games.
