A confident Sabelo Ngebiyana has insisted that he will bully Namibian Fillipus Nghitumbwa in his backyard when they fight in Windhoek on Saturday.
Ngebiyana challenges Nghitumbwa for his World Boxing Organisation (WBO) Global junior-featherweight title in Windhoek, Namibia.
Komani-born Ngebiyana has done well this year as he has won his two fights so far. He stopped Briton Ashley Sexton in the fifth round in London in April and then went on to become the first boxer to inflict defeat on previously unbeaten Mzuvukile Magwaza when he outpointed him in Johannesburg in July.
“I’m done training and preparing for this fight. I’m going to Namibia to win, there’s no doubt about that,” Ngebiyaba said.
Ngebiyana is due to fly out of South Africa for Namibia on Tuesday together with his trainer Bruno Pereira and Colin Nathan from Hot Box Gym.
Meanwhile, Nghitumbwa will be making the second defence of the title he won when he defeated South African boxer Innocent Mantengu in October last year.
The 26-year-old Nghitumbwa made a first successful defence of his title stopping Said Chino from Tanzania in March this year.
