Morocco has been confirmed as the hosts of the 2023 FIFA Club World Cup with Africa having two representatives in the tournament.
This tournament is going to be held from 1-11 February 2023 and it’s the third time Morocco hosts the showpiece having done so in 2013 and 2014. Africa is going to be represented by Moroccan side Wydad Club Athletic and Al Ahly from Egypt.
“The new men’s Club World Cup will take place in 2025 and will feature 32 teams, making it like a World Cup,” FIFA president Gianni Infantino said.
