Phumelela ‘Truth’ Cafu is so confident that he has predicted a stoppage win over veteran boxer Jackson ‘M3’ Chauke when they face off on Friday.
This 12 rounds bout against Chauke, which is a rematch of their March drawn fight, is scheduled for the Orient Theatre in East London.
“We are done with our preparations. Chauke thinks he is strong. He’s overrated even though I still believe he’s good and beatable. I want to knock him out so that I can get an international rating,” Cafu, who is rated 15th by the WBA, remarked.
Cafu from Duncan Village drew with the reigning South African flyweight champion when they first met in East London in March this year.
“He was lucky the first time we met because the fight went the full rounds. He won’t be lucky this time around,” the 24-year-old Cafu said.
The 37-year-old Chauke from Tembisa in Ekurhuleni moved up a division in order to face Cafu for the second time this year.
