Struggling Swallows FC have strengthened their defence with the signing of former Orlando Pirates defender Bongani Sam on Tuesday.
The 25-year-old Sam, who is originally from Motherwell in Gqeberha, has joined the Dube Birds on a two-year contract. Sam has played for Maritzburg United, Bloemfontein Celtic and Highlands Park.
