Thwihli Thwahla kept probing in search of an equaliser and they duly equalised through Kabelo Mahlasela in the 38th minute following a move by Mokete Mogaila.
Matsatsantsa are second on the Premiership standings with 33 points and Thwihli Thwahla are four places behind them with 25 points.
