Defending champions Mamelodi Sundowns will travel to Bloemfontein for a date with Marumo Gallants at the Free State Stadium on Thursday, 2 March.
Six days later, ABC Motsepe League side Dondol Stars will welcome AmaZulu at the TUT Stadium in Pretoria at 19h30 while Sekhukhune United and Cape Town Spurs meet at the Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane on Friday, 10 March.
Three matches are going to be played on Saturday, 11 March with Lamontville Golden Arrows facing Royal AM in a Durban derby at the Princess Magogo Stadium on KwaMashu at 15h00.
At the same time, Chippa United play against Limpopo amateur side Mpheni Home Defenders at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium in Gqeberha. The last match of the day is between Orlando Pirates and Venda Football Academy (VFA) at the Orlando Stadium in Soweto at 20h00.
Meanwhile, TS Galaxy and Stellenbosch FC clash at the Mbombela Stadium in Nelspruit at 15h00 and Kaizer Chiefs will meet Motsepe Foundation Championship club Casric Stars at the FNB Stadium in Nasrec, Johannesburg, at 18h00 on Sunday, 12 March.
