Sihle Jelwana will get a chance to redeem himself when he returns to the ring with a clash against Ryan Farraq from Liverpool in the United Kingdom next month.
Coming from a stoppage loss to Ricardo Malajika in December last year, Jelwana clashes with Farraq in a World Boxing Federation (WBF) International junior-bantamweight title fight at the Sunningdale Sports Complex in Milnerton, Cape Town, on Friday, 24 March.
Jelwana lost to Chauke by a stoppage when he attempted to wrestle the South African flyweight title from the Tembisa-based lad at the East London International Convention Centre (ICC) in July 2019.
Komani-born Jelwana lost to Chauke in a WBF International flyweight title contest at the Edenvale Community Centre in March 2018.
Jelwana has registered 12 victories (nine stoppages), nine defeats and a draw while Farraq, a former European bantamweight champion, has 20 wins with five knockouts and four losses.
