Struggling Marumo Gallants shocked Royal AM beating them 3-1 in a DStv Premiership encounter at the Free State Stadium in Bloemfontein on Wednesday evening.
Gallants’ goals were scored by Lesiba Nku, Cheick Soumaro and Mahlatsi Makudubela while Mfundo Thikazi netted for Thwihli Thwahla.
Gallants, who are rooted at the bottom of the Premiership table, have now collected 23 points from 24 matches. They are a point behind 15th-placed Maritzburg United and three points behind Chippa United, who are two places above them.
