SuperSport United finally confirmed the signing of Zimbabwe-born defender Ronald Pfumbidzai on a pre-contract from Gqeberha-based club Chippa United on Wednesday afternoon.
Pfumbidzai, who joined the Chilli Boys this season, has played 16 times for the Eastern Cape side with his most recent match being a clash against Matsatsantsa a Pitori in Gqeberha last Saturday. He scored the Chilli Boys’ goal against Matsatsantsa.
The 28-year-old has so far scored four times for the Chilli Boys this season. He will join Matsatsantsa on the 1st of July after signing a two-year contract with an option to renew.
