For someone who is fighting outside his country for the first time in his professional boxing career, Ayanda Ndulani is not overwhelmed by the thought of facing Luis ‘Fletchita’ Castillo from Mexico on Mexican soil.
Ndulani clashes with Castillo in a World Boxing Council (WBC) minimumweight elimination bout at the Flamingo Cancun Resort, Mexico, on Friday (Saturday morning, South African time).
“I’m not going to allow him to do as he wishes. I’m going to fight him hard and I’m going to win. There’s no way Castillo is going to with this fight,” the International Boxing Organisation (IBO) minimumweight champion said.
The winner of this bout is going to challenge for the WBC minimumweight title, which is held by Thailand’s Panya Pradabsri, who is also known as Petchmanee CP Freshmart.
