Defending COSAFA Cup champions Zambia are going to begin the defence of their trophy in Durban where the tournament is going to be held from 5-16 July.
Chipolopolo, who are six-time COSAFA Cup winners, were drawn in Group B together with Malawi, Seychelles and Comoros during a draw, which was conducted in Johannesburg on Friday.
On the other hand, five-time COSAFA Cup winners Bafana Bafana were drawn in Group A together with last year’s losing finalists Namibia, eSwatini and Lesotho.
Pool stages matches are going to be played from 5 to 12 July with the semi-finals scheduled for two days later. The final and the third place play-off are going to be played at the King Zwelithini Stadium in Umlazi on Sunday, 16 July.
