Tunisia-born coach Nasreddine Nabi has decided to walk away from top Tanzanian side Young Africans after he rejected a new contract that the club had offered him.

It is now believed that the 57-year-old Tunisian is on his way to join Naturena-based Kaizer Chiefs as their new coach to succeed under-fire Arthur Zwane, who has failed to bring glory to Amakhosi.

The Tunisian won six trophies with Yanga since arriving in Tanzania in April 2021. He won the Tanzania Premier League trophy twice, he also bagged the Azam Sports Federation Cup on two occasions as well as the Tanzania Community Shield twice before leading the club to the CAF Confederation Cup final where they lost to Algerian side USM Alger.
