Chippa United’s preparations for the 2023/24 are continuing as they announced the addition of Luvuyo Memela to their squad on Monday morning.
Memela, formerly with AmaZulu and Orlando Pirates, signed a two-year contract with the Chilli Boys after he was released by Richards Bay FC recently.
This is the 35-year-old Memela’s second stint at the Gqeberha-based club having played for them more than 10 years ago. Memela is the fourth player to join the Chilli Boys in a week.
The Chilli Boys have already signed Craig Martin from Pirates, Augustine Mulenga whose last club was NAPSA Stars in Zambia and Menzi Ndwandwe from All Stars.
