Namibia’s Brave Warriors held Bafana Bafana to a 1-1 draw in their opening Group A match of the 2023 COSAFA Cup at the King Zwelithini Stadium in Umlazi, Durban, on Wednesday evening.
The Brave Warriors led 1-0 at half-time following a 43rd minute strike by Chippa United’s Elmo Kambindu.
Bafana took the match to the Namibians at the beginning of the second half as they searched for an equaliser, which duly came from Rowan Human two minutes from the break.
