Stellenbosch FC announced on Thursday evening that Nigerian Ibraheem Jabaar had left the Cape Winelands side to join Israeli Premier League outfit Maccabi Petah Tikva.
The 20-year-old midfielder spent two-and-a-half seasons at Stellies having joined them from Nigerian club Jebu United in 2021.
Jabaar was the recipient of the Cape Winelands club’s Young Player of the Year award last year. He made 70 appearances for Stellies.
