Lesotho’s Likuena have reached the final of the 2023 COSAFA Cup tournament after they beat Malawi 3-0 on penalties at the King Zwelithini Stadium in Umlazi, Durban, on Friday.
The match went into extra time after Likuena and the Flames had played to a 1-1 draw in regulation time. Lesotho’s goal came from Jane Thabantso while Chawananga Kaonga netted for Malawi.
