Defender Ismaël Oliver Touré from Ivory Coast is the latest addition to the Stellenbosch FC squad as he joined the Cape Winelands side on Saturday.
The 25-year-old joined Stellies on a permanent transfer from relegated Marumo Gallants. The Ivorian was part of the Gallants squad, which reached the semi-finals of the CAF Confederation Cup last season.
“Touré is undoubtedly one of the very best defenders in our league and an important signing for our club,” Stellies coach Steve Barker.
The former ASEC Mimosas defender became the fourth player to join Stellies this week with the club having signed Oscarine Masuluke, Basil Mphahlele and Thabo Maloisane.
