Chippa United registered their third win of the season when they defeated a 10-man SuperSport United 1-0 in a DStv Premiership match at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium in Gqeberha on Tuesday evening.
The only goal of the match came from Namibian Elmo Kambindu in the 85th minute. This was Kambindu’s third goal in two matches having scored a brace when the Chilli Boys defeated Richards Bay FC last week.
Matsatsantsa a Pitori were reduced to 10 men after Thulani Hlatshwayo was red carded for a second bookable offence in the 52nd minute.
