The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has announced on Wednesday that Morocco is going to host the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) finals.
It was a unanimous vote as all members of the CAF executive committee voted in favour of Morocco.
The North Africans received 22 votes beating both Nigeria and Algeria, who got zero votes.
Meanwhile, CAF also announced that Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania are going to co-host the 2027 AFCON tournament.
