Bafana Bafana held the Elephants of Ivory Coast to a 1-1 draw in an international friendly match at Stade Felix Houphouët-Boigny in Abidjan on Tuesday evening.
Bafana took an early lead when Themba Zwane opened the scoring in the eighth minute following a pass from his Mamelodi Sundowns teammate Teboho Mokoena.
After leading for almost an hour, Bafana finally cracked as they conceded when Ivorian Sebastien Haller headed home from close range in the 66th minute.
