A dark cloud has descended upon South African football following the passing away of AmaZulu striker Bonginkosi Ntuli, who succumbed to cancer. He was 32.
According to a statement from Usuthu, Ntuli passed away at the Midlands Medical Centre Private Hospital in Pietermaritzburg on Sunday.
He passed away just two months after he got married to AmaZulu chief executive officer Sinenjabulo Zungu, who is the daughter of Usuthu president Sandile Zungu.
Ntuli once played for Platinum Stars, Mamelodi Sundowns and Lamontville Golden Arrows.
