English Premier League club Burnley FC revealed on Thursday afternoon that their striker Lyle Foster had informed them about living with issues around his mental well-being and is seeking help.
According to Burnley, the Bafana Bafana forward is currently in the care of specialists, who are giving him the support and care he needs in a bid to get back to full health.
Burnley have pledged to provide everything the 23-year-old former KC Westerlo striker needs in an effort to make sure that he gets better.
The Premier League club have also asked fans to understand and respect Foster’s privacy around this matter and no further comments will be made.
