Mali side Stade Malien beat Sekhukhune United 1-0 in a CAF Confederation Cup Group D match at Stade du 26 Mars in Bamako on Wednesday evening.
After the two side were locked at 0-0 at the end of the first half, the Malians scored through Franck Tessie following an assist from Dramane Traore in the 63rd minute.
Wednesday’s away defeat has left the Limpopo club in third place on the Group D standings.
