The Brave Warriors of Namibia shocked favourites Tunisia when they beat them 1-0 in a 2023 Africa Cup of Nations Group E match at the Amadou Gon Coulibaly Stadium in Korhogo, Ivory Coast, on Tuesday evening.
Orlando Pirates left winger Deon Hotto headed in Bethuel Muzeu’s cross in the 88th minute to earn the Brave Warriors a very important win.
This was the first time ever that Namibia’s Brave Warriors won a match at the AFCON tournament.
