Algeria and Burkina Faso drew 2-2 in a 2023 Africa Cup of Nations encounter at Stade de la Paix de Bouake in Ivory Coast on Saturday afternoon.
The Stallions’ goals were scored by Mohamed Konate and Bertrand Traoré two minutes before the break and in the 71st minute respectively.
On the other hand, Algerian striker Baghdad Bounedjah netted twice for the Desert Foxes. He scored his first goal in the 51st minute and completed his brace in referee’s added time.
