Highly-rated Kaine ‘K9’ Fourie recorded yet another short distance win as he stopped Botswana boxer Kutlwano Ogaketse in the second round at a Boxing5 Promotions tournament held at the Box Camp Booysens in Johannesburg on Friday evening.

This was the 22-year-old Fourie’s third straight stoppage win having stopped former South African lightweight and featherweight champion Lusanda Komanisi in November and Zimbabwean Lancelot Moyo in July last year. 

Tristan Truter stopped Faustin Bukasa from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) in the fifth round with Bheki Maitse registering a third round technical knockout win over Awonke Tini and Ishmaeel Kadri stopped Itumeleng Tsholo in the sixth round.

Meanwhile, Joshua Feldman made it three wins out of three fights as he defeated Sibusiso Muteleni by a second round technical knockout and Lukhuxolo Mabece outpointed Andile Majozi.
