Mandla Ntlanganiso is neither shaken nor afraid as the National Professional Boxing Promoters Association (NPBPA) is intensifying its fight to oust him as the accounting authority at Boxing South Africa (BSA).
Minister of Sport, Zizi Kodwa, appointed Ntlanganiso as BSA accounting authority last month. This decision never set well with the leaders of the NPBPA as they want Ntlanganiso out as in yesterday.
During an interview with TKO Boxing Magazine show on SABC 2, Ntlanganiso made it clear that he’s not afraid of anything as he wants to work for the betterment of South African boxing.
“We are firm, we are resolute, we are focused, we are determined. We know exactly what we are doing. We want to bring boxing back to the glory days and this is exactly what we will be doing,” Ntlanganiso ssid on TKO Boxing Magazine show on Friday evening.
Ntlanganiso, who was born in boxing mad Mdantsane in the Eastern Cape, started working for BSA as its director of operations in January 2022.
