Following a 1-1 draw with Andorra a few days ago, there will be changes when Bafana Bafana face Algeria in an international friendly match at the Nelson Mandela Stadium in Algiers on Tuesday evening.

This was revealed by Bafana coach Hugo Broos on Sunday as he continues to prepare his team for the clash against the Algerians.

“There will be a lot of changes because we looked a little bit at both games. I think it was the best opportunity to give to those young guys to play last Thursday. It was not such a difficult opponent,” Broos said.

Broos’ team conceded an early goal against Andorra and only equalised 19 minutes later through Elias Mokwana’s strike.

“But if you compare Andorra and Algeria, there is a lot of difference in quality. So we need to put our best team on Tuesday. We can’t afford ourselves to do experiments again. It will be a totally different team. Players who didn’t play on Thursday will not be tired, they will be fresh,” Broos remarked.
