It was total humiliation as Orlando Pirates thrashed Lamontville Golden Arrows 7-1 in a DStv Premiership encounter at the Orlando Stadium in Soweto on Saturday evening.
Tshegofatso Mabasa netted a hattrick with the other goals coming from Relebohile Mofokeng, Kabelo Dlamini, Sandile Mthethwe and Karrim Kimvuidi while Lungelo Nguse scored for Abafana Bes’thende.
As a result of the win, the Buccaneers moved to third position on the Premiership standings while Arrows dropped to ninth place.
