Bafana Bafana have been eliminated from the COSAFA Cup despite defeating Sihlangu Semnikati of eSwatini 1-0 in a Group A match at the Nelson Mandela Stadium in Gqeberha on Tuesday afternoon.
Bafana Bafana’s Thabang Sibanyoni’s third minute headed goal separated the two sides.
Interestingly, Bafana were eliminated from the tournament despite having five points after they won once and drew two times.
