Umhlathuze-based Premieship club Richards Bay FC finally announced the signing of Thabang Sibanyoni and Ian Otieno on Friday afternoon.
Sibanyoni, who joined the Natal Rich Boyz from Mamelodi Sundowns, was previously with the University of Pretoria in the Motsepe Foundation Championship (MFC).
On the other hand, Kenyan goalkeeper Otieno previously played for Zambian side Zesco United.
