Bayanda Walaza has done it again, winning a 200-metre gold medal at the World Athletics Under-20 Championships in Lima, Peru, early on Saturday morning, South African time. 

Walaza, who had already won a 100m gold medal, stormed to glory to complete a sprint double clocking 20.52 seconds ahead of Australian Gout Gout in 20.60 seconds and Jake Odey-Jordan from Great Britain in 20.81 seconds.

The 18-year-old Walaza from Sterkspruit in the Eastern Cape and a student at Curro Hazeldean High School is an Olympic silver medallist.
