Chippa United bagged their first three points of the season when they beat Richards Bay FC 1-0 in a Betway Premiership clash at the Buffalo City Stadium in East London on Saturday evening.
The Chilli Boys’ goal came after Cameroonian Bienvenu Eva Nga’s attempt deflected on Thabiso Kutumela in the 39th minute.
The Gqeberha-based Chilli Boys have now won once and lost once, a 2-1 defeat to Orlando Pirates in their league opener at the Orlando Stadium in Soweto on Wednesday.
